A spicy crab masala

Ingredients
- Crab - 6 nos
- Onion(finely chopped, large) - 2 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Cloves - 4 nos
- Cardamom - 3 nos
- Cinnamon - 3 small
- Bay leaves - 3 nos
- Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Cut the cleaned crab into 2 pieces.
- Add grated coconut and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander seeds, fennel seeds and fry combined with all the ingredients.
- Grind the above with some water.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add the crab and stir well for 1 minute.
- Add the masala paste and mix well.
- Pour enough water to cook.
- Cover and cook on full flame for 1 minute. Stir and cook for 15 - 20 minutes on low flame.
- When done, transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
