- Bread slices - 3,cut into
- Egg - 2
- Green chilly - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala(pinch) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Coconut oil - 3 tbsp

- Take a bowl add turmeric powder,salt,garam masala, chopped, coriander leaves and green chilly.
- Add eggs and milk.
- Mix it well with a spoon.
- Dip each bread slices in egg mixture
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it.
- When both sides turn golden brown in colour,turn off the flame.
- Now the tasty and spicy bread fry is ready.serve it with a cup of hot tea.
