- Oil - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Capsicum - 1
- Onion - 1
- Tomato puree - 1/2 glass
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Gram masala - 1 tsp
- Salt(as needed) -
- Mushroom - 1 cup
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,onion and capsicum saute for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree to this and saute for a minute.
- Add chili powder,coriander powder,pepper powder and gram masala,saute for a minute.
- Add washed and cleaned mushroom to this kadai and mix well for a minute.
- Add 1 cup water to this ,add coriander leaves and cook for 10 minutes
- Now spicy mushroom curry is ready to serve.It goes well with chapathy and rice
