Ingredients
- Oysters(cleaned) - 450 g
- garlic(finely chopped) - 2 cloves
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Onions(finely sliced, big) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powdered - 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add in the oysters and garam masala. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Then add in the onion and green chillies. Saute till the onions become transparent.
- Put in coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, oyster sauce, tomatoes and chilly powder. Mix it well and allow it to simmer with a little water and curry leaves.
- Spicy oyster curry is ready. Serve hot with rice.
