- Mutton : 1 k gm -
- Onion : 3 nos -
- Garlic : 10 nos -
- Ginger : 2 inch piece -
- Green chilly : 4 nos -
- Pepper powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam masala : 3 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil as needed -

Instructions
- Then add the onion to it .
- Then add curry leaves and stir until it gets brown.
- Then add salt, pepper powder and garam masala to it.
- Stir well for 3 minutes.
- Then add the mutton to it.
- Stir well .
- Close the cooker or pan and wait till it gets cooked.
- When it gets cooked transfer it to the serving dish.
