Instructions Coat the prawns in the chilli powder. Heat the oil in a small pan. Fry the prawns for 2 mins or until cooked through. For the spinach, heat the oil in a sautT pan and add the spinach and cook for 1 - 2 mins. For mango chutney:- 1)Place all the ingredients in a pan and gently simmer over a low heat for 4 - 5 mins. Transfer the spinach to a serving plate and serve the prawns on top. :- Serve the mango chutney alongside.
