- Basmathi rice - 1 1/2
- Spring onion(chop green separate onion) - 2 bunch
- garlic - 6 pods
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Green chili - 2
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Oil/Ghee - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Now add chopped onion and saute well
- Now add green chili and saute well
- Now add rice and mix well. stir excess water drain
- Now add garam masala powder mix well and salt
- Now add water 1 : 1.5 bring to boil and close lid till rice cook well
- Now add chopped green spring onion mix well and close lid for 2 mins and turn off
- Now its ready to serve Spring onion Pulao
