Ingredients
- Squid(cleaned n cut into small pieces) - 1 pound
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 1 no
- Curry leaves - 2 stems
- Pepper - 1/4-1/2 spoon
- Ginger(paste) - 1 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1/2 spoon
- Salt(to taste) -
- Bread crumbs(optional) - 1/4 cup
- Oil(required for frying) -

Instructions
- Mix all spices and lime juice.
- Add little water if required.
- Keep aside for 15 min and fry in oil. :-(coat squid pieces in bread crumbs n fry)
- In the remaining add marinated masala mix sliced onions and curry leaves.
- Fry onions and curry leaves in remaining oil.
- :- Serve hot.
