Ingredients
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Urad dhal - 2 tsp
- Channa Dhal - 1 tsp
- White Onions(Finely Chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Organic Cabbage(sliced) - 1/2 piece
- Green capsicum(sliced) - 2 nos
- Carrot(grated) - 2 nos

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of Sunflower oil in wo.
- Add Urad dhal and Channa dhal fried it till gets brown.
- Add finely chopped white onions, green chillies and fry it in medium till it gets brown.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder and coriander powder.
- Serve it in a Noodle bowl.
