Strawberry Kulfi

A very delicious strawberry ice cream

  • Boil the milk and reduce its quantity upto half.
  • Add sugar, corn flour (mixed in little water so that it does form lumps) to the milk.
  • Add the cream to the milk and stir well.
  • Boil, until the mixture is thick.
  • Remove from fire and allow it to cool.
  • Wash the strawberries and make a pulp.
  • Add the above pulp, raisins, almonds and the cashewnuts to the thickened mixture of milk.
  • Transfer this mixture to a good vessel and keep it to freeze for 8 - 9 hrs.
  • Garnish with strawberries.
  • :- Serve chilled.
