Ingredients
- Strawberry - 500 gm
- Corn flour - 10 gm
- Sugar - 100 gm
- Cashewnuts - 10 nos
- Raisins(Onakka munthiri) - 10 nos
- Almonds(Badam) - 5 nos
- Milk - 1000 ml
- Cream - 100 ml

Instructions
- Boil the milk and reduce its quantity upto half.
- Boil, until the mixture is thick.
- Remove from fire and allow it to cool.
- Wash the strawberries and make a pulp.
- Add the above pulp, raisins, almonds and the cashewnuts to the thickened mixture of milk.
- Transfer this mixture to a good vessel and keep it to freeze for 8 - 9 hrs.
- Garnish with strawberries.
- :- Serve chilled.
