1/2 kg Ladies finger1 no Onion (chopped)1 cup Coconut (grated)1 piece Ginger (finely chopped)2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)Coriander leaves (chopped) For preparing stuffed bindi fry, first make slits on ladies finger without cutting the end.Heat oil in a pan, fry ginger, onion, coconut, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric and salt.Add coriander leaves and mix it.Take 1/2 tsp of the coconut mixture and fill inside each ladies finger.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan, arrange the ladies finger in the pan according to the size of the pan.Simmer the flame and fry the ladies finger till its done.Stuffed bindi fry is ready.
