  • For preparing stuffed bindi fry, first make slits on ladies finger without cutting the end.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry ginger, onion, coconut, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric and salt.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix it.
  • Take 1/2 tsp of the coconut mixture and fill inside each ladies finger.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan, arrange the ladies finger in the pan according to the size of the pan.
  • Simmer the flame and fry the ladies finger till its done.
  • Stuffed bindi fry is ready.
