Instructions
- For preparing sweet blueberry, first soak gelatin in water.
- Whisk cream and refrigerate.
- Heat blueberry puree and sugar in saucepan, wait for 5 minutes and add gelatin.
- When melted, remove from flame.
- Add cream cheese and whisk well.
- Add cream and refrigerate till set.
- Serve decorated with blue berries. Sweet blueberry is ready.
