Sweet Corn Chicken Soup - Chinese Style
Its easy to make and very tasty...
Ingredients
Instructions
- In the water, dissolve the 2 cubes and add sweet corn into it and let it boil.
- Into this, add the corn flour after it is dissolved in little water.
- When it starts to boil nicely, add the egg which is beaten well into it, with a fork simmer it.
- :- You should get the egg as thread.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add the pepper and salt as reqd.
- Garnish with chopped chicken pieces. :- Serve hot.
- :- Its best if u use white pepper as it will not give a different colour.
