2 tbsp OilGinger (garlic paste - 1 tsp)Bengal gram(Kadalaparippu)1 tsp Mustard seeds2 nos Onion (medium)3 nos Green chillies2 nos Potato (boiled & mashed)1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)Curry leaves (A few)Coriander leaves (As reqd)1/2 tsp Cornflour Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds and bengal gram.Add ginger-garlic paste.Saute onion and green chillies, till the onion gets transparent.:- Note that the onion doesn't turn brown.Add the boiled and mashed potatoes into the pan with little water.Add salt and turmeric powder.Add curry leaves and coriander leaves and allow it to boil.Mix the cornflour in some water and pour it into the curry for thickening.Allow it to boil for 3 mins.:- Serve with pooris or rotis.
