Ingredients
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Bengal gram(Kadalaparippu) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Onion(medium) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Potato(boiled & mashed) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Coriander leaves(As reqd) -
- Cornflour - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and bengal gram.
- Saute onion and green chillies, till the onion gets transparent.
- :- Note that the onion doesn't turn brown.
- Add the boiled and mashed potatoes into the pan with little water.
- Add salt and turmeric powder.
- Add curry leaves and coriander leaves and allow it to boil.
- Allow it to boil for 3 mins.
- :- Serve with pooris or rotis.
