- Whole wheat flour - 1 1/2 cups
- Salt - 3/4 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Butter(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix salt & ghee with the flour & rub well with your fingertips.
- Make a dough with water & knead well to a soft pliable dough and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Divide the dough into equal balls.
- Flatten each ball between the palms of the hands into a roti.
- Moisten one hand & stick the roti on to the wall of a hot tandoor or gas tandoor.
- Remove it with gloved hands when brown spots appear on the roti.
- Apply ghee or butter on them and serve hot.
