Tandoori Roti Tandoori Roti - Tandoori Roti 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour3/4 tsp Salt2 tbsp GheeButter (As reqd) Mix salt & ghee with the flour & rub well with your fingertips. Make a dough with water & knead well to a soft pliable dough and keep it aside for half an hour. Divide the dough into equal balls. Flatten each ball between the palms of the hands into a roti. Moisten one hand & stick the roti on to the wall of a hot tandoor or gas tandoor. Remove it with gloved hands when brown spots appear on the roti. Apply ghee or butter on them and serve hot.
