Tangy Egg Eggs cooked in tomato base 3 nos Eggs2 nos Onions (chopped)1 no Tomato (cut into small pieces)1 1/2 tsp Corinader powder1/2 tsp Chilly powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1/4 tsp Crushed pepperSalt (As reqd)2 tsp Tomato sauce3 - Curry leaves1 tbsp Oil2 tbsp Water Beat the eggs and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan.Add onion and saute, till light brown.Add coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder.Mix well, till the raw smell goes.Saute tomatoes, till the oil separates.Add salt, curry leaves and tomato sauce and water.Allow the gravy to thicken.Add the beaten eggs and let it get cooked.:- It will be like scrambled eggs.Sprinkle crushed pepper.:- Serve hot with chappathis or bread.:- Can make the same using green chillies, garlic and ginger.
