Ingredients
- Tapioca : 2(Kappa / Maracheeni) - 3 nos
- Salt to taste -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp (only if you need the chips spicy) -
- Coconut / refined oil : as reqd to fry the chips -

Instructions
- After about 10 - 15 minutes cut the tapioca into small, thin pieces as shown in the below picture.
- Enter Step
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- When the pieces are fried well, take it out by using a sieve (arippa) and keep them in an air proof container.
- Note : If you want the chips spicy, then add the red chilli powder and mix it well.
- Tapioca chips is ready and preferably it can be served with evening tea / coffee.
