   add some cardamom`s and a pinch of salt when making the egg milk mixture….its also called bombay toast .

   Add a dash of vanilla to the egg mix and sprinkle the bread with cinnamon while on the pan for even better flavour!

   Agree this is french toast, excelent & very tasty stuff. Replace oil with a touch of pure ghee for even better taste. A simple & must try dish.

   yes some people will say it is a french toast but actually it is a cuch muslims food they have a lot of sweety food like this

   This is a good recipie and a quick one. The french toast will be better if you put a drop of vanilla essence in the batter
