- Boneless Chicken - 500 gm
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato(medium) - 2 nos
- Yoghurt/curd - 3 tbsp
- Onion(medium) - 1/2 of
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1 -
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ground tomatoes and about 1/2 cup of water along with all the powders.
- After a minute, add chicken strips.
- Cook for 5 - 6 mins.
- Add onion slices and saute for a while.
- Cook, until the chicken is done.
- Add yoghurt and stir for a while.
- Remove from flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
