Tea Cake Kerala Style Tea Cake 250 gm Allpurpose flour (Maida)4 nos Eggs150 gm Sugar1 tsp Cake jeera1 tbsp Lime juice50 gm Butter1 tbsp Vegitable oil3 - Vanilla essence1 tbsp Baking powder Mix together maida and baking powder and keep aside.Separate egg white and yolk.Mix together the butter and powdered sugar. Add the blended egg white into it.Add egg yolk and vanilla essence into it.Mix well with a blender.Add oil and jeera into it.Add the maida mixture and blend it, till the mix become fluffy.Pour the mix into a cake tin.Bake it for 35 mins in 350 Degree F.
