Tender Coconut Pudding Easy

Pudding made with coconut and condensed milk

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Tender cocount pulp
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Fresh milk
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • Dates for garnishing, chopped
  • Cashewnuts for garnishing, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients with gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water.
  • Pour in serve cups and refrigerate.
  • Garnish with chopped dates and cashew nuts.
  • :- Serve and enjoy..!
