Instructions
- In pan add ghee and roast cashew and keep aside
- In same pan add thinai and roast well and keep aside
- Roast moong dal and cook both thinai and moong dal soft keep aside
- In big vessel add jaggerry with little water and make syrup and filter
- Now combine all thinai and moong dal mixture with jaggerry syrup and cook for 2 min
- Add roasted cashew and cardamom powder and mix well and turn off the flame.
- Now its ready yummy thinai payasam
