Ingredients
- Tindora(cut length wise, Kovakka) - 2 cups
- Tender string beans(cut into 1 inch pieces) - 2 cups
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Green chillies(slit into half) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tindora/kovakka with string beans stir fry, first boil the vegetables in 1/4 cup of water. Add the turmeric powder and salt while boiling. Keep aside when cooked.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Saute onion and green chillies till it becomes brown in color. Then add tomato and sautT till it becomes soft.
- Add the boiled vegetables and stir well.
- Add curry leaves and close the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Tindora/kovakka with string beans stir fry, a tasty recipe is ready.
