Tofu Biriyani
Tofu biriyani is a tasty biriyani like any other biriyanis.Variety lunch item isa usuall thing in my family on weekends.This time i tried tofu biriyani.My husband and son likes a lot this biriyani.It made a good surprise for my family.y
Ingredients
- 1 cup Basmathi rice cooked
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Gram masala
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/4 cup Curd
Instructions
- Add capsicum saute for a minute.
- Add turmeric powder and gram masala to this and saute for a minute.
- Then add tofu pieces and saute for a minute.
- Add chili powder salt and curd to this and saute for a minute.
- Add cooked basmati rice to this and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes.
- Now tasty tofu biriyani is ready to serve.We can serve with raitha and pappad.
Notes
Serve hot.
