Ingredients
- Tofu(cut into 1 inch cubes) - 200 g
- garlic(grated) - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Chilly sauce - 3 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 4 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour(mixed with 1/2 cup water) - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Sugar(A pinch) -
- Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tofu in sauce, heat oil in a vessel.
- Saute in garlic, red chilly sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, pepper powder and ajinomoto for 2 minutes.
- Pour in water and corn paste. Mix well.
- Add in the tofu and allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Tofu in sauce is ready. Serve hot with noodles.
