- Chicken(marinate the chicken pieces in 2 tbsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp Turmeric powder and salt as required.deep fry it in oil) - 500 g
- Tomato(grind it to make a smooth paste) - 2 large
- Onion - 2 medium
- Green chilly - 3
- Potato - 2 large
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Curry leaves(few) -

- Heat oil in a pan and plutter fenugreek seed,Then fry the onions until soft (about 3 minutes) while scraping up any browned bits stuck on the bottom of the pan.
- Add coriander powder and roast for 3 minutes in medium flame.
- Add sliced green chilly and potatoes.
- Pour the tomato pastea and fried chicken.
- Add crushed pepper and fennel seed,salt, Turmeric powder,garam masala and salt.combine well,pour 1/2 cup water and cook it for 15 minutes in medium flame.
- Stirring occasionally until sauce thickens and becomes a deep brown red colour.add some chopped coriander leaves,Then remove it from the stove.
- Tomato Chicken Masala is ready now...
