Ingredients
- Beef : ½ k gm -
- Tapioca (kappa) : 1 cup -
- Onion : 3 nos -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Garlic : 8 cloves -
- Ginger : 2 inch piece -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -
- Green chilly : 1 or 2 nos -
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp -
- Chilly powder : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil as needed -

Instructions
- Cook kappa using salt and turmeric powder.
- Cook beef using salt and turmeric powder.
- When it gets cooked, heat a pan add oil and when its hot add mustard to it and when it splutters add curry leaves .
- Saute it well and then add onion to it and stir well.
- Then add ginger, garlic, green chilly and cumin seeds to it.
- Saute it well until it gets brown.
- Then add the cooked beef to it .
- Stir well and add the chilly powder ,coriander powder and garam masala to it.
- Stir well.
- Then add little water to it and close pan for 3 minutes.
- Then add the cooked kappa to it .

- Mix it well and cook for 5 more minutes then serve hot, its really tasty.
