Combine all the bean soak together overnight and cook it with salt till soft. The dressing for this salad is great with a mix of ketchup , soy sauce honey, olive oil and lime juice.

  • flat gram
  • black bean all one hand full
  • cucumber one
  • tomato 1
  • capsicum 1
  • palak leafs few
  • paneer cubes to taste
  • ginger little
  • coriander leafs few
  • for dressing
  • tomato ketchup 1 sp
  • olive oil 1 sp
  • honey 1sp
  • soy sauce 1 sp
  • lime juice 1 sp
  • black salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  • take all the bean soak it overnight and presure cook it with little salt .
  • chop ginger and coriander finely
  • chop cucumber, paneer, palak, tomato in equal squares.
  • prepare dressing with all the ingredients.
  • now mix all the vegetables and along with dressing and serve.
