Tuna Cutlets A good appetizer - cutlets made with canned tuna 4 cans Canned tuna3 nos Potato (baked or steamed and smashed, medium)1 no Onion (finely chopped, large)4 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)4 nos Garlic pods (finely chopped)1/2 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)Curry leaves (A few)1/2 tsp Black pepper1/2 tsp Red chilly powderSalt (As reqd)2 nos Eggs (beaten)Bread crumbsOil for deep frying Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.Fry onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger and curry leaves, until the color starts changing.Add chilly powder and black pepper. Keep it aside.Mix the canned tuna with the mashed potatoes. Add the fried items to this along with salt and mix well. Shape small portions into oval cutlets.Dip them in beaten egg and then cover them in bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil, until golden brown. :- Serve them with Tomato Ketchup. Kerala

The recipe turn out great!!! Try to add 1 tsp of fish curry powder….it taste better.
