Ingredients
- Pasta - 1 packet
- Tinned Tuna(in sunflower oil) - 1 tin
- Onions(big) - 3 nos
- Green chillies(slit lenghtwise) - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Tomato(medium) - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- :- Make sure pasta is drained when its half done so as for it not to turn soggy.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute the finely chopped onions to golden brown. Add the green chillies and saute for few minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilly powder.
- Fry till the masalas are cooked and a nice aroma comes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes are done.
- Open the tuna and drain the oil and flake the tuna chunks.
- Add it to the mixture and fry well till the tuna cooks well and becomes crisp and brown.
- Add the pasta and stir well so that all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Keep on low fire for about 3 - 5 mins.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and a dash of lemon to make it tangy.
- :- Serve hot.

What about the green chilies? When and where do you add them?
Fixed the preparation method, it is after onions.
