Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients to make a thick and smooth dough.
- Take a large ball out of the dough and press it on a banana leaf with 2 inch thickness.
- Cover it with another banana leaf.
- Heat a clay pot and cook it with banana leaves on both sides for 5- 10 minutes.
- Remove the banana leaves and cook it again by pressing on all sides for 5-10 more minutes.
- Serve it with chicken curry.
Recipe Notes
Its better to make this pathil in traditional stove as it takes lot of time to cook each pathil.
Wear a glove if you fear of getting burnt while cooking.
