Ingredients
- Pachakka (green banana or unriped banana) 4 -
- unnakka chemmeen 1 cup -
- green chilly 4 -
- curry leaves 3 sprig -
- black kokum 2 pieces -
- red chilly flakes 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : 2 tsp -
- shallot 6 -
- dried red chilly 3 -
- Mustard : 2 tsp -
- coconut 1 table spoon -
- whole shallot 2 -
- whole garlic 2 cloves -
- coconut oil as needed -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Take dried prawns in a plate.
- Take pachakka or green banana or kaaya and peel its hard skin.
- slice it to small pieces
- Heat a pan and add oil when its hot.
- Add dried prawns or unnakka chemmeen to it.
- Add pachakka ,green chilly and curry leaves to it.
- Add 1 cup of water to it.
- Add turmeric powder , red chilly flakes and salt.
- Mix it well and add black kokum to it. close the pan and keep in low flame.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water and grind it well .
- Then check our pachakka is cooked or not .
- when its cooked add the coconut mix to it
- Mix it well and when it boils,turn off the flame.
- Heat a small pan and add oil to it when its hot add mustard and when it splutters add shallot , dried red chilly, currry leaves.
- When its brown ,off the flame .
- And transfer to the pachakka.
- Mix it well.
- Our dish is ready to serve.
