Ingredients
- Idlies - 3 nos
- Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
- Chopped Red Chillies - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
- Chutney Powder(preferably made with roasted Blackgram Dhal, Redgram Dhal, Curry leaves, Salt etc.) - 2 tspn
- Salt(To taste) -
- Coconut/Refined Oil - 3 tsp

Instructions
- Cut the Idlies into small pieces
- Heat Oil in a Frying pan/Cheenachatty and add Mustard seeds. After the Mustard Seeds are bursted, add Red Chilli pieces and Curry leaves and stir the mix.
- When the colour of the mix turns into brown, add Salt and the Iddaly pieces and stir it for about 2 minutes. Then put off the stove and change the Uppuma to a Serving plate/vessel.
- Uppuma made with Iddaly is ready. This Uppuma can serve as break-fast/evening snack or even in the night in place of cooked Rice/Chappathi etc.
