Ingredients
- carrots cubed - 100 gms
- French beans cut in small pcs - 100 gms
- cauliflower cut in small pcs - 100 gms
- spinach chopped - 1 bunch
- Grated cheese - 1 cup
- Butter - 4 tbsp
- Flour - 3 tbsp
- Milk - 3 to
- Nutmeg - ½ tsp
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- To prepare white sauce:
- Melt the butter on a low heat, add flour and stir with a whisk till you get a nutty aroma.
- Add milk gradually, stirring all the while with a whisk so that no lumps are formed. Simmer on low heat stirring all the while till the mixture thickens.
- Drain of all the water from the vegetables and add them to the white sauce.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
- Pour this mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Preheat oven to 250 degree Celsius and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or till top is browned.
