Ingredients
- Mixed vegetables (chopped)(Carrot, Beans, Peas, Potato, Cauliflower) - 3 cups
- Onion(medium) - 2 nos
- Garlic pods - 2 to
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1" piece
- Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
- Cashew nuts - 25 gm
- Raisins(Kismis) - 25 gm
- Poppy seeds(Khashkhasha) - 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk(medium thick) - 2 cups
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Boil the mixed vegetables.
- Soak cashew, kismis and poppy seeds for 1 hr.
- Grind it along with onion, garlic, cloves, cinnamon and green chillies.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Fry the ground masala for 2 mins.
- Add the boiled vegetables.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot.
