Poppy seeds
Khashkhasha

Ghee

As reqd
Coriander leaves
As reqd
Instructions
Boil the mixed vegetables.
Soak cashew,
kismis
and
poppy seeds
for 1 hr.
Grind it along with
onion
,
garlic
,
cloves
, cinnamon and
green chillies
.
Heat
ghee
in a pan.
Fry the ground masala for 2 mins.
Add the boiled vegetables.
Add
salt
and mix well.
Add
coconut
milk
and allow it to boil.
Add coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot.
