Vegetable Korma Tamil Style A simple and tasty preparation. A nutritious dish with lots of veggies in a coconut based gravy. Section A4 tbsp Coconut (shredded)1/2 tsp Ginger (cut it into small pieces)1 no Garlic bulb1 no Cloves (Grambu)1 piece Cinnamon (Karugapatta)1 tsp Fenugreek (Uluva)Section B1 no Onion (cut it into small pieces, small)2 nos Green chilliesHot peppers (As reqd)5 pieces Cashew nuts1 cup Cauliflower (small florets)1/2 cup Grean Peas1 cup French beans (cut it in 1 inch pieces)1 cup Carrot (diced)1 cup Potato (diced)1 cup Water1 tbsp Oil1/2 tsp Mustard seeds (kaduku)1 pinch Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd) Grind the "Section A" (upto fenugreek) ingredients in a blender except the vegetables and keep aside. Saute the mustard seeds in the vegetable oil till it start cracking.Add the onion and fry till colour becomes light brown Add the Vegetables and stir till they become half cooked. Add the ground mixture of section A. Add salt and turmeric to Vegetable Korma. Boil Vegetable Korma for few mintues till vegetable are tender and fully cooked.
