Vegetable Soup Restaurant Style

  • Mixed vegetables chopped, beans, carrots, cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Tuvar dhal
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • Pepper A pinch
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 of Onion cut into small pieces
  • Chicken stock Little


  • First cook the vegetables and dhal in the cooker for 2 whistles. Grind into a smooth mixture.
  • Then add cornflour. Boil and stir until it becomes thick.
  • Add some chicken stock.
  • Heat butter in a pan and fry chopped onions. Sprinkle pepper powder and pour the seasoning into the vegetable soup.
