- Ladies finger(chopped) - 1/2 kg
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- garlic(chopped) - 2 cloves
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing vendakka thoran, first heat oil in pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and fry curry leaves.
- Fry onion, green chillies, turmeric and garlic.
- Add ladies finger and sprinkle salt.
- Fry for 5 minutes.
- Cover with lid and fry.
- When done, add the grated coconut and fry.
