Easy n healthy Dosas with vermicelli

Ingredients
- Vermicelli(cooked) - 1 cup
- Eggs(blend with salt and pepper) - 2 nos
- Maida - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Red chilly powder - 1 pinch
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add cooked vermicelli, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, onion, tomato, green chilies and chopped coriander leaves. Add enough water to make batter as we do for dosa.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour dosa batter and cook until it gets cooked well on both sides.
