- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard when mustard splutters add urad dal fry them till they get golden brown colour.
- Add onions,curry leaves i and green chilly saute for 2 minutes.
- Low the flame and add roasted vermicelli stir and cook vermicelli till it becomes soft and all the water is absorbed.
- Keep on stiring in between.When vermicelli is fully cooked and water is fully absorbed switch off the fire.
- Now vermicelli is ready to serve.
