- Potato - 250 gm
- Onion( finely chopped) - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes,mash it and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add chopped onion, ginger / garlic paste and saute it.
- Add pepper,garam masala powder ,salt and saute it again.
- Add the mash potatoes and mix well.
- Finally add fresh cream and mix well again.
- White Potato Curry is ready. Garnish with fried onions,chopped coriander leaves or mint leaves.
