Instructions
- Wash the yam and peel completely and chop
- Drain the water and mash it well with masher .
- Add chopped onions, green chili, coriander and curry leaves.
- Mix it well and Add some Salt and keep aside.
- Drain from the oil and keep aside. complete other mixture too.Now it ready to serve. Serve hot.
