I was so fascinated by this Zebra Cake that I wanted to give it a try.Everybody is familiar with this chocolate and vanilla cake, either made in zebra or marbled style, the taste of it reminds of childhood probably for many of us. Still a bit warm,

- Maida : 1 cup -
- Corn flour 2 tbsp -
- baking powder 1 tbsp -
- Baking soda : 1 tsp -
- butter 100 g -
- Sugar : 1 cup -
- Egg 3 no. -
- Vanilla essence : 1 tsp -

Instructions
- in a bowl add butter and sugar blend well with blender
- in another bowl add maida, cornflour, baking powder and and baking soda and mix well.
- add the maida mix with the butter mixture and blend well and make as a thick batter
- divide the batter into two and add coco powder to one of the batter and mix well
- in a baking pan greeze the butter and dust the maida and add one scoop of venilla batter and other of coco batter,
- pour the batter like alternate scoop
- preheat the oven 180 c for 10 mins and bake the cake for 45 mins, after 45 mins remove from oven and allow to cool
- now zebra cake is ready to serve
