Ingredients
- Phul Gobi(Medium size, Cauli flower) - 1 No
- Aaloo(remove the skin of the potoatos, Potato) - 4 Nos
- Tomato(cut into small pieces to contain in the mixie jar) - 2 Nos
- Onion(cut into small pieces to contain in the mixie jar) - 2 Nos
- Garlics - 3-4 pieces
- Ginger - 2 small
- Salt(to taste) -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
- Red chilli powder - 2 tspns
- Garam masala powder - 1 tspn
- Coriander powder(if needed) - 3-4 tspsn

Instructions
- Clean the Phulgopi and cut in small pieces
- Wash the cut Phulgobi in normal water
- Cut the Aaloo also in small pieces and keep it separately
- Add Turmeric powder
- Add Garam Masala &Corienderpowder also
- Add Red Chilli powder and stir the mix well
- When the colour of the mix turns into brown,put the Aaloo pieces
- Stir the mix well
- Add Phoolgobi also along with required quantity of water and stir it further
- Allow to cook it properly.
- If you want to serve it in gravy, then put off the stove as soon as the Aaloo and Phulgopi is cooked well.If you want to use it as fried one, then allow to evaporate the water from the mix and switch off the stove and serve it with Chappathi/Poori/Dosa etc.
