an authentic recipe of Kerala . It is steamed in banana leaf and has a wonderful flavor.
Instructions
- Take some of the dough and put it in the plantain leaf and spread it within the leaf by applying some coconut oil/ghee/water on the palm
- Fold the leaf as shown in the picture
- Heat the Dosa making stone or frying pan and place the folded plantain leaf containing the dough, on it and cook it in low flame.
- After about 5 to 10 minutes, turn the ada to other side and cook it further and when both side of the ada is cooked well take it out from the stone/pan, take the Ada from the leaf and change it into a plate/casserole.

- This Ada can be served with morning/evening tea as tiffin.
