For Dough:
- Wheat flour : 1 cup -
- Water as required -
- Salt to taste -
- for rolling -
- cauliflower 1/2 cup -
- Aloo 2 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Capsicum : 1 no -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Oil : 3 tsp -

Instructions
- add capsicum and mix it
- add aloo and mix it
- add cauliflower and mix well
- add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala and mix well
- allow to cook until the aloo and cauliflower get cooked
- prepare dough from wheat flour, salt and water
- take small ball from dough and roll it
- stuff the aloo gobi masala in the chapathi and roll it
- now aloo gobi wrap is ready to serve
