- Tomato - 2
- Ginger - 1 inch

- Green chili - 1
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Salt(as needed) -
- Jeera - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Chop all vegetables and keep aside
- Grind the mixture and keep aside
- In pan add oil and fry potatoa and cook soft and keep aside
- In pan add oil and temper jeera and chopped onions
- Add grind masala and cook for 5 mins and add all powders
- After 10 mins add potato and boiled peas and mix it well
- Now add some water to boil curry and cook for 5 mins
- Now Garnish with coriander leaves. Aloo mutter curry is ready
