- Wheat - 2 cup
- Aloo - 2
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Onions - 1
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 1/2
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Oil : as required -

Instructions
- Boil aloo and peas and mash it
- In pan add oil and temper jeera and chopped onions and saute
- Now add garam masala salt and mix it well
- Then add mash potato and Peas and sqeeze lemon and mix it well and allow to cool
- Take small ball dough and roll it and keep small amout of stuffing and close it
- Now roll in thin flat paratha and keep aside and do balance paratha
- Heat tawa and place it cook in medium flame
- Turn other side apply oil and cook for 5 mins and place other.
- Now it ready to serve with raitha. Aloo peas Paratha
