American Choupsey

This is a very delicious and sweet noodles dish.

  • Noodles
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage grated
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 5 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 Chicken stock
  • Chicken (boiled and cut into small pieces)
  • Oil As reqd
  • Water
  • 1 no Egg to make bulls eye, optional


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the noodles on both the sides in the pan by adding salt too.
  • Fry it until it becomes yellowish orange in color.
  • Keep this fried noodles aside in a serving dish.
  • In another small bowl, put corn flour and mix it with water.
  • For the second layer over the fried noodles, put cabbage, carrot, salt, pepper, chicken, chicken stock, onion, tomato sauce and the corn flour solution in a heated pan of oil.
  • Mix it nicely.
  • Pour this mixture on the noodles and serve it with a bulls eye egg forming the 3rd layer if possible.
